I think at 2NL your line is fine.

Lots of players making random flop raises on paired boards. On the turn he appears to give up.

River isn't straightforward, I think I've seen enough players bet a bare ace here when nothing worse ever calls, maybe to get you off a chop. But you also don't beat anything he bets for value. Flush draws and 65 don't hit either so, I'm leaning towards bluff catching
