Looks like FPS to me. We get value from fish by betting for value, not running elaborate bluffs. Without knowing more about the player (i.e they fold a lot when barreled) I'm most likely checking the flop as I'm gonna assume a fish is calling us super wide on that board.

the 3bet is retarded, he is loose passive -> opens tightly -> never folds and his range crushes our hand.

once u flop oesd + an overcard start betting for sure, u need very little fold equity. he probably doesn't even open 76 + gives us a nice payoff on an Ace so yeah don't check lol.

then sizing and betting river or not comes down to how hard he's gonna station u. for example if he's gonna get to the river with a bunch of AK AQ AT A9 and then go ahead and fold pairs then u're probably fine 3barreling. u can count the combos yourself.
