Agree on calling pre flop, don't think TT is really that strong to 3bet, we're getting called often too as we are OOP. Post flop line looks fine if you folded the river.

My preference is also to flat these types of hands when OOP preflop. We're obviously not just calling ot set mine but it helps manage the size of the pot and puts us in less awkward spots post flop. Vs a CO or BTN open I would normally be threebetting the wider ranges but vs an EP opener I think calling is probably better.

Flop is close between betting and checking, after we three bet I think I would fire here vs most opponents. By checking we give our villain here the opportunity to put us under an absolute ton of pressure and we risk getting blown off our hand by worse quite often. On this type of board I would expect our villain to react reasonably honestly also so I think I like firing around half pot here. (Which is what I would be doing with my stronger value hands also, AK/AA etc)

Turn: As played we need to call at least one street here anyway despite his large sizing.

River: This is kind of close, we've shown a ton of weakness here with our line and our hand is actually fairly face up in the TT-QQ kind of range so this bet does not make a massive amount of sense to me to be choosing with his stronger value hands. Despite this, without a specific read I would probably opt to fold it, but I would not hate a call here given his suspicious sizing.

Against UTG and MP opens from unknown players there's nothing wrong with sticking to KK+ for your value range. TT and JJ will cause you no end of problems as you're finding out.
