Have only seen villain GII with AA/KK over a decent sample. He's pretty fit/fold and a low 3bet % so I opted to call. Too conservative to do so? Just get it in pre?

My thoughts as played... Flop comes down pretty wet. Villain decides to cbet. When he does so on such a board, I'd expect him to have something decent amount of the time. TT / JJ possible and draws etc. I think AQ / AJs would sometimes check / fold. Can we raise this flop or is calling optimal? There's a lot of turn cards we're not gonna want to see

J is not the best of turns! I don't think the K on the river helped his range too much. Call down?

Pre is fine at this level given your notes.

I think calling the flop is best, if they have a low 3bet% then their value range is KK-AA/AK and bluffs. By raising, we only keep in hands we lose too as we should not expect TT-JJ based on your notes.

Turn is close to a fold vs this player type even with an over pair, I still call and hope they slow down on the river to get to showdown. As played, I fold the river and feel pretty happy with the line. I'm almost never expecting a bluff here.

If the opponent is as straightforward as you say then I'd call flop and fold turn, my gutshot isn't enough for me to call because I highly doubt we get this guy's stack with them being OOP if we hit it anyway.

Call flop for me, fold turn, odds a bit weak imo..

No issue with calling preflop here rather than 4betting, wouldn't hate a fourbet but my preference is definitely to call.

On the flop then I think a raise is a mistake. If yous head they have at best 6 out to improve (discount straight draws due to tight 3betting notes)

Turn again I think is played perfectly, raising would be a blunder IMO and I think folding would be too weak here, despite our unhappiness at facing two barrells from a tight player in a three bet pot.

River I think is a clear cut fold then. Villain has not slowed down at any point and is repping an incredibly strong range here and we have worse than top pair in a pot for stacks. Overall there is nothing that I would change about your line (unless you called the river)

No need to get the stacks in pf given your description of villain.

Flop float is fine. Turn is now actually marginal given villain is tight. Close to a hero fold, but perhaps the turned gutshot just about tips it in our favour. We shouldn't assume EV of turn call is high or anything vs fit-or-fold opponent, could even be losing.

River is not really that close, easy fold, especially when the King gets there, but even if it didn't.

I much prefer calling pre to 4 betting when we have position.

Flop is standard, but I'm more than happy to call this turn even if villain is tight. I've seen tons of players auto barreling any pair plus draw in this spot.He can also put you on a draw and bet his Jx for value.

River is tough at higher stakes but I don't expect him to be bluffing any showdown value here. Easy fold.
