Post is perfectly fine. Not folding if i hit and im bluffing paired boards. Pre is fine to 3bet but it also play very well multiway.

I wouldn't 3-bet pre, I don't think the hand is quite strong enough for me against an early full pot open, would want at least the double suited to be Q if not K high or more connected.

He's quite likely flopped the nuts or a set, so I'm only raising if I'm happy getting it in with a drawing hand and having to hit a spade or a King.

Don't think I'm calling the turn bet. I'm not great working out Omaha odds but we are something like 35-40% to hit? The hearts may not be good either and villain has took a very strong line.

If the heart does hit, it's a sigh call if I've called the turn bet
