5NL - JJ (preflop spot)

Anon. Similar spot to the AK hand I posted today too. MP opens, CO calls, and we're on the BTN with JJ.

1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $0.15, UTG+2 calls $0.15, Hero ?

1. Are we 3Betting or calling? If we're 3Betting, what's a good size?

2. If we 3Bet and MP 4Bets, and CO folds, how should we play our hand in this spot? (Note: the player pool has a very tight 3/4Bet %, something like mid-high 4% range).

A good size to 3bet would be around 15bb.

I would just call because if we get 4bet, chances are our hand is no good and I'd hate 3b/f this hand. I just call along with position. Even though it's 5 handed, JJ is not that strong at 5nl against people's 4bet/shove ranges.

If overcaller is a recreational player I'd be tempted to isolate him with this hand, but most of the time I'd just call here. JJ has solid playability and great implied odds plus you don't want to see a 4bet.
