Don't think there is anything you can really do about this but I just went to purchase something from the PokerVIP store but the only payment option available to use was Skrill. I live in Canada and Skrill is not available in this country. Hopefully in the future PokerVIP will have a payment method that Canadian members can use.

Hey do you have paypal? I know we can take that payment but we need to process it manually.

Hey, I just made an account on 888 and cashed in some money. I have two neteller accounts. One in $ and one in €. I thought that 888 is all in $ because tables play in dollar and the balance ist also shown in dollar. I cashed in 400$ from my $ neteller account but got charged 431.55$. Why do I have to pay super high fees when the two accounts have the same currency?

Hi Mr Margo,

Unfortunately you will need to ask their customer support on this one, I am not sure. They have a live support I believe.

Hi,

I played some hands on SJ in May.
It seems like I have'nt received any money from the TOP200 Promo.
I checked my SJ account on the website both for Sports and Poker.
Im also wondering where I can see the results from the finished exclusive Cash Players SJ Promo for the 2nd half of May ?

I would be happy, If you could help me out with that.

Hi.

I just create an account with SJ, download software but can't open .exe file to setup poker site. double click to open but nothing happen, (using windows 10)
Any ideas??

Hi Logan

Once you have tried the initial download and this happens please restart your computer and try again. This seems to be solving similar issues with iPoker users on Windows 10.

If this does not work please contact SJ customer support Here

Hi Logan,

Best thing for you to do is contact BWin support and ask them a) Where your bonus is and b) are you tracked to PokerVIP?

Hopefully they will be able to resolve the issue but if not you can drop us your BWin screen name and email address either by hitting the chat with us button on the bottom right of this screen, Skype - support.pokervip or you can email them to me keri@pokervip.com

Yeah, send email yesterday to Bwin no answer yet, expecting respond until tomorrow because weekend, etc.
Still will try to get on chat with you guys to see if can help or at least to see if i'm tracked to pokervip cause not asked that on email.

What's the go with the Rake numbers from Boyle? I see the rake race standings etc haven't been updated since September 3rd....

I can answer this one...I imagine it will just be a reports problem from Boyle. Our guys will be chasing it up!
